Purpose:  

The youth ministry of Rocky Bayou Baptist Church exists to train genuine, life-long followers of the Lord Jesus Christ.  We also desire to find and train caring adults to carry out this discipleship ministry.
Vision: Our vision is to reach High School students of Niceville and surrounding communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to train those students to influence their world for Christ.

Pillars of RBBC Youth Ministry

  • We sacrifice immediate gratification for long term life change.

  • We teach biblical truth about salvation. (Belief that changes behavior)

  • We partner with parents so they may know the joy of being a spiritual hero to their children.

  • We constantly remind teens that they exist only to glorify God—it’s about God not us.

  • We desire to teach, speak, and live honestly from lives that passionately pursue God.

  • We focus on changing their values through teaching truth, leading to changed behavior.

  • We challenge teens to move beyond where they are spiritually.
