Dale is a self-described Navy
brat. He was born at the Naval Hospital in Agana, Guam, on July 23, 1959. His

Dale came to Christ while
attended a youth retreat in Den Hague, Holland, and was baptized in May of
1973 at the International Baptist Church of Jurbise, Belgium. Dale matured in
his Christian walk when he was discipled through the Navigator ministry at the
Naval Air Test Center, Patuxent River, Maryland and at the University of
Maryland in College Park while pursuing his Bachelor of Science in Electrical
Engineering and working as a Engineering Trainee until his graduation in
December of 1983. Dale felt the call to ministry during this time. He served
faithfully in churches as children and adult Sunday School teacher, single's
and young married's ministry leader, and Vacation Bible School leader. He
filled the pulpit as needed. He also discipled young men as an ongoing
ministry.
